The decor throughout the hotel created a welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful flowers adorning the grounds. I enjoyed lounging by the clean swimming pool that had plenty of comfy loungers. However, there were several issues that detracted from my experience. Our bathroom had a significant leak during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, the staff responsiveness was lacking. I tried to address the leak but faced delays and unhelpful responses. Additionally, I noticed that the pool area wasn’t as clean as it could be, and our room wasn't serviced during our stay, leaving us with wet towels. The overall lack of attention to detail in service was disappointing. While the hotel has potential, it could benefit from improved maintenance and staff training.
